to our camp community. They feel safe and comfortable. That's why we've become known as Your Child's Summer Home.
It's an expression that was given to us by the people who matter to us most.

There are a lot of ingredients that go into the special atmosphere that we have at Deer Mountain.
Some of them can't be replicated, as they have just grown over time. We're family owned and have
been since day one in 1956. Our terrific team of staff members, many of whom have grown up at
Deer Mountain, are an essential part of our family tradition. With spirit and enthusiasm, they
embrace our commitment to kindness, mutual respect, support and development, grace in victory and
defeat, team effort as well as exceeding camper and parent expectations. As a team, we're there
for each camper from the moment they board one of our buses to come to camp to the moment we drop
them off at the end of each camp day, and at every moment in between. And, with a 3 to 1 camper
to staff ratio, we make sure that each camper gets the individual attention they need within their
group setting.

Each summer, we work to create a FUN, SAFE, WARM, CARING, ATTENTIVE camp experience where kids feel
comfortable to LEARN & GROW. Our campers make friends, gain confidence, try new things, celebrate
each of the steps they take and soak up the incredible range of activities that we offer. We invite
